    I recently came across some amazing traditional Indian recipes that use leaves as a key ingredient. These recipes not only add rich flavors to the dishes, but also provide a variety of health benefits. Some of these recipes include Patra, which is made from Colocasia leaves, and Paan, a popular after-meal digestive made from Betel leaves. Another interesting recipe is the famous Gujarati snack, Palak Pakoda, which uses spinach leaves to create a crispy and delicious treat.
