A summery salad – light on stomach and exquisite on palate.
Ingredients
- 4-5 Basil Leaves
- 1 Bowl Yogurt
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 Honeydew
- 1 Sun Melon
- 1 Watermelon
- Mint Leaves
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl of yogurt & add honey, pepper powder, chopped basil leaves, salt & mix well.
Step 2
Pour it on a platter of chopped cantaloupe, honeydew, sun melon & watermelon.
Step 3
Pour some more honey & sprinkle some pepper powder over the platter.
Step 4
Garnish with mint leaves.
