Beyond your regular parathas comes this special recipe from Chef Kunal Kapur’s kitchen. Garlic cloves, mint leaves and green chillies are rolled out in thin sheets and fried in desi ghee.
Ingredients
- 5 Stems, Mint Leaves
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 500 gms Flour
- 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 Cup of Water
- Salt to taste.
Method
Step 1
Crush mint leaves, garlic cloves & green chillies.
Step 2
Knead into a dough along with salt and water.
Step 3
Make balls and roll these into rotis using a rolling pin.
Step 4
Tear the rolled out dough down the middle till halfway,
Step 5
Take one edge and roll inwards, into a cone.
Step 6
Stand it up on the base, flatten the cone, roll out again into paranthas
Step 7
Fry with some ghee and serve.
