A gorgeous recipe of mutton masala with whole spices.
Ingredients
- 600 gm Mutton Curry cut
- 600 gm Mutton
- 200 gm Onion Slices
- 100 gm Tomato Puree
- 25 gm Ginger Paste
- 25 gm Garlic Paste
- 20 gm Red Chilly Powder
- 100 ml Refined Oil
- 20 gm Garam Masala
- 100 gm Fresh Coriander
- 20 gm Dhania Powder
- 20 gm Jeera Powder
- 4 Eggs
Method
Step 1
Take oil in a pan put onion slices cook till it golden brown.
Step 2
Add mutton curry cut and boti, add ginger & garlic paste cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add red chilly powder, dhania powder, garam masala, jeera powder and tomato puree and add some water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cook on slow fire till done, check the seasoning and finish with fresh coriander.
Step 5
Garnish with fried or boiled eggs.
