Bhuna Ghosht
Lip-smacking chunks of mutton teamed with desi flavours and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 500 gms Boneless Mutton
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dhaniya Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Jeera
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 Tsp Peppercorns
- 1, 1/2 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Jeera Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dhaniya Powder
- 100 gms Browned Onions
- 2 Green Chillies
- 250 ml Tomato Puree
- 1 Tsp Meat Masala
- 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 2
Add dry red chillies, peppercorn, pounded dhaniya seeds & jeera.
Step 3
Now add mutton & let it brown.
Step 4
Further add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder & dhaniya powder and add water.
Step 5
Allow to cook.
Step 6
Add brown onions, green chillies , salt.
Step 7
Add water & let it cook.
Step 8
Add tomato puree & let it cook again.
Step 9
Finally add meat masala & kasuri methi powder.
Step 10
Plate it, garnish with coriander leaves.
