Green chillies crushed to get cooked with hot spices, milk and a little sugar. This traditional Rajasthani dish is dangerously fiery and certainly not for the faint hearted!
Ingredients
- 250 gm Whole Green Chillies
- 100 gm Methi Dana
- Salt to Taste
- 2 gm Turmeric Powder
- 20 gm Amchoor Powder
- 50 gm Oil
- Asafoetida
- 5 gm Mustard Seeds- Crushed
- 20 ml Milk
- 5 gm Sugar
Method
Step 1
Crush whole green chillies along with its seeds.
Step 2
Boil methi dana and keep aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a kadahi and add asafoetida.
Step 4
Then add green chillies along with rest of the masalas, milk and sugar.
Step 5
Now add boiled methi dana and cook for a while.
Step 6
Ready to serve!
